This project set out to prove that profitability does exist in normality. In the nebula of terms such as luxury, premium, exclusive, terms twisted for years, the discussion space lacks a median landmark – normality – the face of which luxury can be scaled up and the primary housing needs down.
In the studio in Dacia boulevard, intended for resale with the aim of verifying the premise of profitability in the volatile normality, an appeal was made for balance, but not for the lowest price, by responsibly renewing the installations, restoration, reconfiguration and new finishes, of quality but generic, aiming for the neutrality of the empty space that would give any future arrangement the opportunity to save resources.
In terms of furnishing, subject to subjective aesthetic preferences, the result transcends trends, remains fresh, contemporary, comfortable, elegant and precious through attention to detail.
